Fiesta of the Dead

As the sun sets, Blackgang Chine transforms into a glowing world of light, sound and celebration. Meet the Gate Keeper at the start of your journey as he leads you across the rainbow bridge, where roaming performers bring the fiesta to life with colour and energy. Follow the path towards Cowboy Town, where the party pulses to the beat of live DJ sets between shows. Kids will love the glitter tattoos, face painting, and glow shop, while adults can kick back with a spiced traditional Chilli dinner. The atmosphere is immersive, family-friendly and unforgettable — it’s the perfect way to celebrate October on the Isle of Wight.

Except a evening bursting with entertainment:
Fire Shows – Two explosive fire performances every night on the Cowboy Town stage.
Aerial Acrobatics – Watch our aerial performer defy gravity on Rumpus Lawn.
Immersive Characters – Meet the Gate Keeper, Miss-Fortune Teller and roaming glow performers.
Sacred Fire Garden – Connect with your loved ones as messages are transported to the other side.
Family Fun – Glitter tattoos, face painting, glow toys, marshmallow toasting and more.
